The MooreMax Story

It all started back in early 2002 when two young men were hanging around their hometown and realized that there was not anyone who could perform quality performance auto work. That’s when Kevin Maxwell and Tim Moore – friends for many years – came up with the simple idea to start an automotive business with the ability to develop, produce, and install innovative, powerful and yet reliable products designed to satisfy the true performance enthusiast. They named it MooreMax Performance (MPE) - producing only the highest quality performance based technologies on the market. 

MooreMax Performance opened in 2003 in Murfreesboro Tennessee. The concept, a consumer focused team, producing innovative products not available in the current market. This proved to be very successful and in 2005 Kevin and Tim decided to start a large research and development program. The results have been tremendous with many one of a kind products being developed, changing the scope of the performance market, with more on the way.
